The PLACE Team is exploring multiple options to make car-free living possible in our upcoming St. Louis Park, MN community. At this stage of predevelopment, everything is on the table. We're currently exploring:

• Car sharing services (Car2Go, HourCar, etc.)
• Electric shuttles
• Incentives for not owning a car
• Discounted bus/light rail fare for residents
• Bike sharing
