Is this intended for artists or accountants? How can conceptual design and innovation in fundamental leasing practices render interior workspaces designed for diversity of practice – from professionals to artists and tradesmen?

Design for a range of performance and privacy while preserving order and exemplification of integrity on all exterior exposures.

With “Storefront” as your driving identifier, ask how the storefront responds to your intent for the activated spaces.

Idea: design opportunities within the façade to support three standard framed opening sizes – the framed openings can then become the signage for leasing parties/owners through customized frame spacings/sizes and infill panels/glazing – think DDM (additive) framing systems and interior separation geometry – as solutions for workspace performance catered to diversity of practice

    Cool. How would 250 square feet be? That’s 10 X 25
