The City of St. Louis Park will be hosting a community discussion with City engineers to discuss the proposed PLACE St. Louis Park Community.

The PLACE Team has heard from St. Louis Park residents who are concerned about the traffic impacts of this project, and we take this concern very seriously. PLACE is the long-term steward of all our projects. We maintain our projects after they are built and continue  regular meetings with our residents, neighbors and city representatives for as long as PLACE exists. This means that it is incredibly important to us to make sure we create a development that truly works for the surrounding community. We will continue working with traffic engineers, City staff, designers and community members to make sure we end up with a plan that brings a truly valued resource to the community.
