The PLACE Team is exploring multiple options to make car-free living possible in our upcoming St. Louis Park, MN community. At this stage of predevelopment, everything is on the table. We're currently exploring:
- Car sharing services (Car2Go, HourCar, etc.)
- Electric shuttles
- Incentives for not owning a car
- Discounted bus/light rail fare for residents
- Bike sharing

CETMA makes great ones! They cost upwards of $5k each with a good electric hub that would make them practical for hauling kids or groceries across a city. http://cetmacargo.com/
